Refund and Returns

We hope you enjoy using our products to bring your model railways and dioramas to life! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item)

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Custom-modified units

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or mistake on our part

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
